Completed kitchen remodel in Castro Valley by New Bay Builders

A kitchen designed around how you live

New Bay Builders is a design-build remodeling firm (CSLB #1057737) serving Contra Costa, Alameda, and Marin counties since 2019. Our in-house team handles both design and construction, so your kitchen is planned and built by the people who know it best.

Every project starts with a free consultation and is documented in a detailed written scope — so you know exactly what’s included before we begin. And every kitchen we build is backed by our 1-Year Warranty.

What’s included

Every kitchen is different. A typical scope with New Bay Builders may include:

Design & layout planning — cabinet runs, islands, and workflow planned around your space
Cabinetry — custom and semi-custom options coordinated with your layout
Countertops & backsplash — quartz, granite, stone, and tile selections
Fixtures coordination — sinks, faucets, and hardware selected to match your finishes

Lighting & electrical — layered lighting plans for tasks and ambiance
Appliance coordination — measurements and hookups planned around your appliances
Flooring — hardwood, tile, and other durable options
Permits handling — we prepare and manage the permit process for your project

Your exact scope is documented in a detailed written proposal before work begins — no surprises.
