Alana Rd — a kitchen and great-room remodel that opened the heart of the home into one connected living space, by New Bay Builders’ design-build team.
On Alana Rd in Castro Valley, we remodeled the kitchen and great room into one open, connected living space. The new kitchen — with a large island and professional range — flows into the dining and living areas, anchored by a custom media wall.
Design, permits, and construction were handled by one New Bay Builders design-build team — a single in-house crew from first drawings to final walkthrough.
The result is a bright, open great room made for daily life and entertaining — a hardworking island kitchen, a cozy media wall, and connected dining and living spaces, all finished with clean, modern details by one design-build team.
