Taft Ave — a complete whole-home remodel in Oakland, designed and built by the New Bay Builders design-build team.
This Oakland home on Taft Ave received a comprehensive whole-house remodel. The project refreshed the home’s core spaces from top to bottom — a new kitchen, updated bathrooms, a rebuilt staircase, renewed living areas, bedrooms, and the upstairs hallway.
One in-house design-build team managed the project from first drawings to final walkthrough — design, permits, and construction under a single roof, with a single point of accountability.
The result is a cohesive, modern home with updated kitchen, bathrooms, staircase, living spaces, and bedrooms throughout — a full-house transformation completed by New Bay Builders’ in-house design-build team, from design and permits to final construction.
